Why eSteem Not Upvote Nowadays?

As i have number of friends who are using esteem app as well as i came know about this from them.

But from couple of weeks @esteemapp not Upvoting any of us. Which makes me frustrated. Moreover no one else Upvote any newbies because they are invested in their account to earn money. But after reading all rules of esteem app which written by @good-karma but im unable to know about what is happening now.
