It is difficult Does not Means it is Impossible.

A lot of people shy away from their responsibilities simply because it is not quite easy to handle.
Hey! There is no crown without pains.
These sets of people have unconsciously replaced the word Difficult with Impossible. Therefore, no attempt is made since the task maybe difficult to carry out.

You will not grow up if you do things that are only easy stuffs.
