I was out and about today so I stopped by a local watering hole for a brewski, this being my Saturday and all...
On my way out I noticed a refrigerator with some #beer in it. This guy caught my eye so I picked one up for later.
Me too can of beer, me too. #chitown
Anyhow, this beer was brewed in my home state and it's super tasty.
Here's some sh^t from the Goose Island website.
A shockingly easy-drinking 7.0% ABV IPA with an electric bouquet of tropical & citrus flavors. Nugget, Sultana, Citra, Mosaic, and Eureka hops provide the spark that makes Neon Beer Hug shine.
Now, these little write-ups about the beer in a can are usually just some fodder to fill space but, I have to say, this is an almost perfect description of the flavor of this brew.
If you're in the Chicago area I'd recommend this beer 100%. Shit, even if you see this outside the Chicago are I'd say grab one (or 5), it's super-yum!
