Hello viewers. I came back to the Food Bee community with a fun recipe. Today I will share a fun recipe especially for those who like Bengali food.Today I made a traditional pumpkin jam for Bengalis.I hope you like the recipe.....
I took it as a material:
1.Pumpkin,
2.some sugar,
3.two bay leaves,
4.four white cardamoms
5.Lime
Preparation:
At first I cut it like a pumpkin size...
Then I cut the pumpkin parts with the help of a cut spoon....
I soaked the cut parts of the pumpkin in lime water for about 5-6 hours. The juice inside the pumpkin comes out and the smell of the pumpkin comes out.
After 5 - 6 hours I left them on medium ache for 7-8 minutes.
When it is cold, take it out of the hot water and soak it again for 10 minutes with sugar, bay leaves and white cardamom.
I will take a little more sugar. Because the pumpkin will be submerged in the sugar juice.After 10 minutes, when the sugar melts and the water rises, keep it medium and heat it again for 10 minutes..
When the sugar becomes sticky and the juice sticks to the pumpkin, take it down and let it dry in the sun for 10 minutes. Only then can you serve.
