Espero que de maravilla, por mi parte estoy feliz de poder compartir con ustedes esta rica merienda que me saco de apuros, verán tenía la visita de mi familia y queríamos un rico postre, éramos bastantes, así que pensé en algo que nos gustaría a todos, que rindiera y por supuesto sobrara para merendar el día siguiente, fue entonces cuando recordé las tortas heladas que hacía mi mamá a veces, así que me atreví a hacer una, compre un helado son sabor Cookies and Cream, el cual ya traía galletas de chocolate trituradas, también un paquete de oreos y utilice una rica torta de chocolate, juntos crearon un postre perfecto, y aquí te muestro como lo hice 👇

I hope wonderful, for my part I am happy to share with you this delicious snack that got me out of trouble, you see I had a visit from my family and we wanted a delicious dessert, there were quite a few of us, so I thought of something that we would all like, that would yield and of course left over to snack the next day, that's when I remembered the ice cream cakes that my mom used to make sometimes, so I dared to make one, I bought a Cookies and Cream ice cream, which already had crushed chocolate cookies, also a pack of oreos and used a rich chocolate cake, together they created a perfect dessert, and here I show you how I did it 👇

Lo primero que hice fue triturar lo más que pude la torta, lo hice a mano por qué justo a mi licuadora se le había dañado una pieza, pero mientras más diminuto mejor, así se integra perfectamente con el helado.
The first thing I did was to crush the cake as much as I could, I did it by hand because my blender had just damaged a piece, but the smaller the better, so it integrates perfectly with the ice cream.
Una vez abrí el helado y el paquete de galletas oreo llego el momento de unir todo, en un bol añadí la torta triturada, luego el helado que como ya mencione trae galletas, así que deje las oreos solo para usarlas como topping cada vez que queramos un trozo de torta helada. Lo único “difícil” aquí es la hora de mezclar, pues debes de tener paciencia para que todo quede perfectamente integrado, luego lo pasas a un envase donde dejaras reposar en la heladera por unos 20 minutos, depende de que tan rápido enfríe tu congelador lo dejas mas o menos tiempo.
Once I opened the ice cream and the package of oreo cookies it was time to put everything together, in a bowl I added the crushed cake, then the ice cream which as I already mentioned brings cookies, so I left the oreos just to use them as a topping every time we want a piece of iced cake. The only "difficult" thing here is the time to mix, because you must be patient so that everything is perfectly integrated, then you pass it to a container where you will let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, depending on how fast your freezer cools you leave it more or less time.
¡Y listo!! Un rico postre fácil, rápido y sabroso, además de que puedes disfrutarlo dos o tres veces, en mi caso fue la merienda de tres días seguidos, me encanta esta opción porque no solo puedo combinar este helado y torta, también podría usar una torta de vainilla con un helado de yogur o caramelo, que opinan ustedes? ¿Ya han hecho algo así antes? ¡Los leo! 😁.
