Cut a rectangle and cut it like second picture 🧸

Cut two feathers to design it
You can chose any color that you like, even you can cut two cat ears and stick them on it

Stitch them on the mask

Stitch a threading on both sides of mask

To have a clear mask stick a yellow circle behind it 🥰🎀

Use glue to stick blue heart on it to design both sides
The mask is ready 🥰🎀🎁
