This is Blog #8 of 150
To get a new computer - My computer is 5 yrs old and has slowed down quite a bit. It has reached it's upgrade levels & make me spend more time then I should to prepare my post, especially when dealing with producing pics. So that means time for a new computer. I'm planning on spending more then I ever have for one as I want it to last me for another 10 ten years. That means lots of ROM & RAM with both being upgradable, also I need about 5 USB 3.0 & higher ports, An SD chip reader & a couple of other ports. I want 1 TB hard drive & graphics to accommodate art. I don't know too much about graphics hardware but I will be learning. I plan to have this by the end of January 2023.
To complete all my yearly goals on hive - I'm well on my way to doing just that. I still have alot of growth to do in CTP & WORKERBEE but am really trying to get there. When I look at my have power, I'm already at 1600+, so that's just 400 hive power to go. Between what I earn & one more monthly power up, I should be able to make it for sure. I would like for my hive power to show 2K as my hive power but if you add in what I have delegated, I am less than 100 hive power away.
To build my household supply stock back up to 6 months - I have always had an overstock of supplies in paper products (plates, cups, towels, toilet, etc.) also a large supply of cleaning products (dish, disinfectants, all purpose, etc.) and also certain toiletries (fiminine products, soap, toothpaste, etc.), I had nearly a years supply in a lot of them.
Between Covid-19 effects & me being away from home for approximately 7 months in 2021, I returned to most of my supply being depleted. You would think that if I was away I should have had a good supply left, but somehow my husband & son depleted a lot of stuff. Upon my return & attempting to build my supply back up was tough with being allowed to a limited number of items at a time. It's been tough getting back but hopefully by the end of January 2023 I will be at least back to 3 months supply and about 2 months later at a full 6 months supply.
To get new glasses - that's eye glasses which are long over due. It's been about 3 years since I got my last pair. It's expensive to stay in a good pair of glasses without a little insurance to help. Since my husband found a job with better benefits, we now have vision coverage and my plan is to get those much needed glasses some time in January 2023.
To get to the dentist & get my teeth fixed by June 2023 - This is something I've needed for a few years now but couldn't afford it, no insurance didn't help either. At least with this new job & insurance again, I can at least get price of my cost and start working toward a better smile.
This is 5 goals that I have & as long as things continue at the rate they are right now, I should be able to accomplish this goals as expected.

Blogging My Way is a blog based on a 5 part, 30 day challenge that caught my interest. My plan is to write a post once a week while following the outline & topics written for the 30 day challenge that was originally in the 'Blogging Challenge Community' which no longer exist, but as with anything on the blockchain it's still there & will always be. This is especially good for someone who is new to blogging/Hive & just don't know where to start or what to blog about.
