A few days ago I was talking to a friend who had lost a relative in the middle of the year, and he told me about all the things that one expects from relatives who usually get used to these situations, and that hurt so much for the person who was really there enduring everything, fighting against the tide and the others, none of them could, they had no money and could not travel, but the time came for the relative to leave and the whole family showed up.

He did not mind being visited for the mourning, because he needed company, especially since he was far away from the city. The days of prayer, they spent together, but then everything was hell, several weeks in fact, his mother's brothers wanted to sell the house and agree to divide the sale of the house, they wanted to take valuables, sell absolutely everything that left them dividends, for obvious reasons he did not allow it and they threatened to denounce him and even kill him if he did not leave everything to their dispositions.

As the same brothers of the mother did not go to visit her not even one day nor did they call her, only when he told them that he had relapsed, but they did not even bother to come. One only came once, but he didn't even help to wash a dirty dish, nor to pass a leaflet to the house or to bring some food to his sister. Rather they complained to him because the house was so messy, he did what he could and sometimes he didn't even sleep in the room, he just lay on the couch or slept on the floor of his mother's room.

Hace unos días estuve conversando con un amigo que había perdido a un familiar a mediados de año, y me comentó todas las cosas que uno se espera de familiares que suelen acostumbrarse a esas situaciones, y que tanto daño hacen para la persona que de verdad estuvo ahí aguantando todo, luchando contra marea y los otros, ninguno podía no tenían dinero y tampoco podían viajar, pero llegó el momento de partida del familiar y apareció toda la familia.

A él no le molesta que lo visiten por el duelo, porque necesitaba compañía y más al estar alejado de la ciudad. Los días del rezo, la pasaron junto, pero luego todo fue un infierno, varias semanas de hecho, los hermanos de su mamá querían vender la casa y acordar dividir la venta de la casa, querían llevarse objetos de valor, vender absolutamente todo lo que les dejara dividendos, por obvias razones él no lo permitió y ellos lo amenazaron con denunciarlo y hasta matarlo si no dejaba todo a sus disposiciones.

Como los mismos hermanos de la madre no iban a visitarla ni siquiera un día ni la llamaban, solo cuando él les decía que había recaído, pero ni eso se molestaban en venir. Uno solo fue una vez pero ni siquiera ayudó tan solo a fregar un plato sucio, tampoco a pasarle un coleto a la casa o a traerle algo de comida a su hermana. Más bien le reclamaron porque la casa estaba tan desordenada, el hacía lo que podía y a veces ni dormía en el cuarto, se quedaba en el sofá acostado o se dormía en el piso del cuarto de la mamá.
