English

The gesture of clapping hands can mean many things in different situations. It may not always be a greeting or a farewell or perhaps meeting other people with a handshake. This gesture can mean welcoming a person into our life, saying goodbye to a person in our eyes, or a thank you for sharing your life with us, for being part of a life project, for being part of a work team, among many others that can mean something good or bad depending on the context.

In my work I have had to shake hands with strangers, many are suppliers of some new products that we are introducing in the store, others are lenders, yes, many foreign currency lenders have come to the store, some of them just leave their card with the plans, others just give you a paper and give you a little conversation of everything they can offer.

Not all people thank you for the help you can give them, especially when they have no idea what they are looking for and leave with that idea, when you enlighten them and show them that not everything that costs is worth it or vice versa. Working in customer service, you realize all the faces of people, you begin to identify people and know if they come with intentions to buy or just to ask, but the most comforting thing is when the customer comes with the best attitude, you convince him and he takes what he needed even without knowing what he wanted.
