No era fanático de las carreras de formula 1, pero es cierto que últimamente no las he visto, pero si veo algunas que otros resúmenes de las carreras, sigo sin ser un fanático, ni cuando corría el venezolano Pastor Maldonado, a pesar de que dura una hora y unos cuantos minutos no me termina de convencer la idea de verlo, mejor un resumen con lo importante.

Recientemente me enteré que en verano no hacen competiciones, es como que se tomaran un descanso sin serlo, porque supongo que ese “descanso” deben practicar entre días. Supongo que también los equipos van montando la estrategia de cada carrera, esos son otros que tampoco descansarán, algún que otro día sí, pero es mejor adelantar trabajo que hacerlo todo cuando comiencen nuevamente. Un trabajo adelantado y con buena estrategia puede significar una victoria para el equipo.

Los pilotos viajan en avión, de un circuito a otro, creo que son muy pocos los que viajan por tierra, lo mismo pasa con los materiales y piezas del monoplaza, todo eso se monta en un avión de carga, junto al monoplaza desarmado, pero no completo, dejan lo que no se puede desarmar como el chasis, lo demás que es removible lo llevan a parte, y supongo que al menos unos 10 aviones de carga se usan para transportar todos los vehículos y partes, incluido la tripulación, que en este caso serían los ingenieros del equipo.

Aquí creo que no existe eso de vuelo retrasado, porque en teoría salen los aviones un por uno al siguiente circuito con tiempo de sobra, no van justo de tiempo, ya que tienen que desarmar todo montarlo en el avión, luego que lleguen bajarlo, armarlo de nuevo y comenzar al día siguiente las prácticas y luego el fin de semana, el sábado la clasificación y el domingo la carrera, pero todo depende del país donde se vaya a correr, por el horario.

The drivers travel by plane, from one circuit to another, I think there are very few who travel by land, the same happens with the materials and parts of the single-seater, all that is mounted on a cargo plane, along with the disassembled single-seater, but not complete, they leave what can not be disassembled as the chassis, the rest that is removable is taken to part, and I guess that at least 10 cargo planes are used to transport all vehicles and parts, including the crew, which in this case would be the team engineers.

Here I believe that there is no such thing as a delayed flight, because in theory the planes leave one by one to the next circuit with plenty of time to spare, they do not go just in time, since they have to disassemble everything to assemble it in the plane, then they arrive to take it down, assemble it again and start the next day the practices and then the weekend, on Saturday the qualifying and on Sunday the race, but it all depends on the country where they are going to run, because of the timetable.
