Un saludo a todos. Espero que estén de maravilla en el día de hoy. Les vengo a comentar lo que fue mi entrenamiento en un día de descanso, donde realmente no era totalmente descanso, sino que también involucré ejercicios como el hefesto y el pino a una mano, solamente que no logré grabar la parte de ese entrenamiento y solamente logré tomar alguna foto sobre lo que fue mi entrenamiento de descanso activo en plancha y en front level, realizando progresiones de los mismos con la idea de no perder la intensidad, pero a su vez lograr mantener un trabajo uniforme.

En este tipo de días yo siempre procuro nunca sobreexigirme tanto, ya que en dado caso de que me sobreexija a mi cuerpo, probablemente genere alguna lesión o, peor aún, aunque realmente ni nada peor, con una lesión también me puede pasar que me genere un dolor crónico, algún dolor que puede no ser una lesión, pero me puede persistir durante mucho tiempo, cosa que yo no quiero generar, ya que me puede afectar entonces mis entrenamientos y también en mi vida cotidiana. Por esa misma razón se realiza este tipo de entrenamientos y, como siempre, no olvidar el calentamiento, parte muy fundamental.

Realicé entre 6 y 8 series de flexiones de half plancha y dominadas de half front con la intención de no hacer estos ejercicios de full forma, pero sí mantener un enfoque en el elemento, siendo perfecto para este tipo de casos lo que es la half de ambos estáticos. Aparte de eso, también realicé algunos estiramientos, ya que no es un buen día de descanso activo si no realizamos al menos una ligera descarga. Como es de costumbre, realicé algunos estiramientos para los hombros y ejercicios básicos con la banda de asistencia para eso, aparte de mi entrenamiento de festo y vino a una mano. No logré tomar foto de mucho más porque realmente se me pasó.

As usual, I did some shoulder stretches and basic exercises with the assistance band for that, apart from my Hephaestus and one-handed wine training.
