Steem Power Up Day #11 is upon us! This is my 3rd straight month in a row that I'm participating, and it's my biggest power up yet! Let's talk about Steem, work, and life!
CHAPTER #1:do you even SPUD bro? 🥔As always, a huge shout-out to 
One of my secret goals is to participate in each SPUD event, every month, for all of 2020. 12 power ups & celebrations! This is my 3rd straight month of powering up ( January, February ) and it is not only my biggest power up this year, but my biggest power up of all time!
CHAPTER #2:why I love Steem, and you can't take that away from me 💜I've talked about it before, but to reiterate my love for this god-damn platform, I think it's best to write a poem about it:
I dream of a place that's free
I dream of a place where I can be me
I yearn for a revolution where content thrives
I yearn for a revolution that is decentralized
I hope that the future is open to all
I hope that the future has no walls
I wish for a new way to interact online
I wish for a new way to share mankind
The future is a place where you can form a team
That's why my future, is a place with Steem
I truly believe in the potential that Steem has to offer. The recent drama surrounding acquisitions, F.U.D., bull->bear markets, and all the other typical crypto-craziness has not distracted me. When we divorce ourselves from our emotions, we are left with the truth: Steem is where it's at. What does the future hold? We can never be sure. But what we do know, is currently Steem is the king that the mass-market is asleep on.
CHAPTER #3:busy building, busy working 🛠️🖥️I've got arguably too many irons in the fire at the moment, but that's exactly how I love it. I love having all these different projects coming together. To be honest, my favorite part of a project isn't necessarily releasing it, but rather building it. The energy that comes together when your discussing, planning, designing, building, tweaking... it's unlike anything else.

We are rolling out new features all the time, and we've only just gotten started. The future & potential & hype & love around this idea is massive. I love the concept, I love the team, and I love working on it all day long!
, a project I've been planning for 4 years. This is a huge multi-content world filled with cryptids! I've got comics planned, videos ready, podcasts setup, games designed, and more! My goal is to make a bunch of content all tied together under the general theme of cryptozoology, mysteries, and semi-spooky folk-lore. I'm excited to finally get it started.CHAPTER #4:busy living, busy moving 🧘🎒Yup, that's right, I'm finally about to move! No, not off Steem, I'm talking about real life baby! I currently live in New York, and it's not exactly my favorite place. I'm not really a "city" kinda guy, and overall I just feel no love for this state. Nothing here excites me. Plus, the taxes & rent is too damn high, so who needs that?
The good news is I just got a potential offer on my home the other day, and things are looking like they're finally coming together where it makes sense to move. Moving is a rather stressful experience, but it also brings with it a lot of excitement, positive vibes, and a feeling of a "fresh start". Kinda like spring cleaning ( which ironically lines up perfectly with me moving! 2 birds 1 stone ).
CHAPTER #5:the future is coming, make it what you want it to be 🎯I know what I want. I want to build. I want to move. I want to create. I want to write, record, film, and broadcast.
The only person stopping you from making the future what you want it to be is yourself. Honestly. Those who tell you they have control over your life are lying to you. They only control it if you let them, which means technically you're still controlling it you're just choosing ( unwittingly or not ) to give someone else the voting rights.
Take those rights back. No one deserves them besides yourself.
