El Schlacko (deutsch-english)

Hallo Community,
Hier mal ein paar Bilder vom Schlacken Transport.Die Schlacke entsteht beim einschmelzen von Schrott im Elektrolichtbogen Ofen ( EAF=Elecric-Arc-Furnance ).Die Schlacke schwimmt oben auf der Schmelze und hat sehr wichtige Funktionen zu erfüllen,auf die ich hier nicht näher eingehen möchte,weil es den Rahmen sprengen würde.

In diesen Schlackenkübeln,wird die Schlacke reingekippt und mit einem Spezial Fahrzeug auf die Schlackenhalde gefahren.Fassungsvermögen ca. 25 Tonnen,dazu muss man sagen ,das die Schlacke keine grosse Dichte hat,eher ist sie sehr Voluminös .Das muss sie auch sein,da sie ja spezielle Chemische Reaktionen während des Schmelzvorgangs erfüllen muss.

So sieht das Fahrzeug aus und man kann die Dimension erkennen,wie gross solch ein Kübel ist.Der Fahrer hat in Front ein Amaturenbrett mit Lenkrad und hinter sich auch ein identisches Amaturenbrett mit Lenkrad.
Das heißt,um Rückwärts zu fahren,dreht er den Fahrersitz um 180 Grad.

Dann fährt er die flüssige Schlacke auf die Schlackenhalde und kippt den Kübel nach hinten zum entleeren.Natürlich muss der Fahrer behutsam fahren,damit die Schlacke nicht überschwappt,was auch schon vorgekommen ist.

Hello community, Here are a few pictures of the slag transport. The slag is created when scrap is melted in the electric arc furnace (EAF=Elecric-Arc-Furnance). The slag floats on top of the melt and has very important functions to fulfill, to which I I don't want to go into detail here because it would go beyond the scope.

The slag is tipped into these slag pots and driven to the slag heap with a special vehicle it has to fulfill special chemical reactions during the melting process.

This is what the vehicle looks like and you can see the dimensions of how big such a bucket is. The driver has a dashboard with a steering wheel in the front and an identical dashboard with a steering wheel behind him. That is, to reverse, he turns the driver's seat by 180 degrees.

Then he drives the liquid slag onto the slag heap and tilts the bucket backwards to empty it. Of course, the driver has to drive carefully so that the slag does not spill over, which has happened before.
