Good afternoon! Today is BURGER DAY and I couldn't think of a concept but to create a comic art with Moa-metal's appetite for burgers.
(Please read the comic from top right to left,then bottom right to left. Just like a Japanese comic or manga.)
TRANSLATION:
- "Motto" means "more"
- "Hora" means "look" or "see"
The caption "Motto Motto Hora!" are lyrics from their song "GJ!" from their second album, "Metal Resistance".
Moa-metal is a member of the girl idol/kawaii(cute)/metal group BABYMETAL. The group consists of Su-metal (vocals), the girl behind Moa at the last panel of the comic, and Moa-metal (scream and dance). BABYMETAL was established in 2010 and currently has three studio albums.
Moa-metals fascination and appetite for food, especially foods like hamburgers, is not new for fans. Moa have mentioned countless times on interviews how much she loves foods. And based from Moa's keen eyes, she explained that American foods are bigger and are more in quantity. Su-metal also told on a magazine interview that Moa remember the foods more on their tour compared to the crowd.

- And Moa hugs her fourth burger for the day while on tour just like Su at the back narrates to the interviewer.

- I have nothing much to share about my work in progress so here are my sketches for the comic.
- The 6 frames I used for the comic were downloaded from the Clip Studio Paint assets for free. Meanwhile the balloons or text bubbles are already default materials of the program.
