Initial Notes (please skip for deck part)

I'm really liking the new layout of our beautiful Gods Unchained what do you think guys?

Of course you guys have seen it but... that little button up there to the right really intrigues me! And I'm really excited to see what are we gonna have in the near future from our Gods.

I have been playing nature and Light these days (bet you guys wasn't expecting that one from me haha) and I just think lately it has been better for us F2P to take a breath.. With light is not different! A lot of new cards and some reworks make this God top tier!

So I saw some light decks performing very well (most of them against me in my own queue haha) and I decided to take a shot, one thing I did not know tho, is that I would perform actually better than I thought! I could surpass my oldest Rating Record (1550) to 1574!

Well guys, I bring you today the two decks I've been playing on Light! These are very very strong decks (very similar, the first one I made and the other version) and although they're stated on GuDecks as "Control Light", I'd rather say All-Round Light haha. A LOT of cool tweaks!!

The wipe creatures in this deck (most neutral, can be used in other decks too!!) are cheap, F2P and yet VERY effective as we're going to see furhter in the post. And if the dude does not play correctly well my man, he'll be in serious trouble himself!

Ritual Rod (0.000459 ETH)

Low cost relic, should be used primarily for board clearing... If you execute the creature WITH the relic you are rewarded favour. Can be comboed with the next one...

Vexing Vicar (0.007048 ETH)

An other low cost card, this one effective AF too. Dude gon' have to deal with it spending some things, while you spent only one mana! If you play that right before the Ritual Rod you give it +1 durability as this one's a Mystic.

Athenian Archer x2 (0.000150 ETH)

Bro like, who is expecting you to have two of these in your deck? It is tryhard as it sounds hahaha. For a 1 mana 1/2 + deal 1 damage to a creature, basically you rule the board right from early game.

Planetar Acolyte x2 (0.000010 ETH)

A little tweak, and this one has good stats for a 1 mana! Even if spawning zombies is not my type when receinving the Blessed Effects, one of these on the first round of the game can make a difference!

Vanguard Axewoman x2 (0.000291 ETH)

She also has her place here.. Very strong card, also a tweak that can be used as a sum up to the board or clearing-tool! Priority to using it to clear!

Mace of Calling x2 (0.001826 ETH)

This one's gonna be straight Light "FOTM" hahaha. I'm in love with it man, only 2 cost and it gives us 1 mana Acolyte + 3 durability and 2 damage (I mostly use it to kill creatures).. GG. Still carefull though cause there might be those Relic Removals..

Munosian Infiltrator x2 (0.000079 ETH)

He's very effective on Mythics guys is just incredible.. Punish: Marshwalkers, Seer Spyre's, Obelisks and such.. Must have creature in those ranks.

Onyx Nightblade (0.000121 ETH)

Works similar as Munosian, but the effect is different.. The goal here is to ouplay the dude right from the beggining, making him disbelief in their most OP cards! Those which they think will aid him a lot, will be taken away + you gain a creature.

Ranger Firstblow x2 (0.000046 ETH)

This also is similar as Athenian Archer, a board holder. This buys you some time to deploy those heavy creatures of yours! By taking out those trashy "unhealthy" enemy creatures wich are most likely to be a pain in the a**.

Light's Levy x2 (0.000068 ETH)

My tip is to NOT just use both of them right away.. You may be surprised if you hold one of those till' the end of the match, this can really disarm the enemy.

Militant Theist (0.004549 ETH)

Mostly I use this beautiful effect on allies, however if I'm able to take one enemy creature out, I'll probably do that right away. After all we're on Control Right?

Imperious Smite x2 (0.000052 ETH)

I tend to save one of these too just like Levy, if the game goes further this is the card that will open the door for my victory! Shouts to Hellian Elite haha.

Feral Shapeshifter x2 (0.000140 ETH)

Our 4 mana version creature + removal! I really like this card after the rework it got, the card really turned itself to a solid creature rather than a solid removal..

Ogre Archer x2 (0.000044 ETH)

Same here guys, this deck is just devious bro.. just when the dude thinks he's free of all that maddness from removal... BOOM there comes the Ogre and kills yet another one!

Porphyrion, Dread Cyclops (0.002642 ETH)

Meta card right? F2P strong as hell man.. 5 mana 5/5 with Ward?? Why can't I have two of those!?

Judge Envoy x2 (0.000354 ETH)

OK, she is basically "She-Ra" with wings and a hammer man.... WTF she completely nullifies target creature damage, while being a 6 mana 6/6 creature.. She really changes the match and makes dudes ragequit.

Aether Vanguard (0.000281 ETH)

Fits perfectly in this "control" style.. One should do the trick, I think having two would make me loose Creature Stats in the deck.

Zealous March x2 (0.000182 ETH)

This is the end-gamer, along with the next one.. I keep it as long as I can, in order to have a full proc on the effect filling the board! While in the meantime, dealing with other tools I have.

Helian Elite (0.000102 ETH)

She is strong herself man.. but after some games I played, I do not leave all my hopes to her anymore! If it happens for me to drop that, I'll most likely expect to have a board along her.
