🐺 Frigid Wolf: The 1-Mana Legendary That Can Attack From Anywhere

Guys the monster I am going to talk about today is Frigid Wolf.

It is a Legendary Life monster in Splinterlands. This card is very interesting because it has a very low mana cost and an ability that allows it to attack from different positions. It has 2 melee attack 3 health and 3 speed.

The first thing that makes this monster stand out is its very low mana cost. Frigid Wolf costs only 1 mana. In battles where you have a low mana cap every single mana point is very important. With Frigid Wolf you only need to spend 1 mana which gives you plenty of room to build the rest of your team with stronger monsters.

It is also useful when you have a small amount of mana left and you cannot fit an expensive monster into your lineup. In that situation Frigid Wolf can easily fill that extra space without using much of your mana.

This monster has only one ability and that is Charge.

Charge allows this monster to use its melee attack from different positions instead of being restricted to only the front position.

This is a major part of what makes Frigid Wolf interesting. Normally melee monsters need special abilities to attack from other positions. But because Frigid Wolf has Charge it gets much more freedom when it comes to positioning.

You can use Frigid Wolf as a flexible attacker in your lineup. Instead of keeping it only in the front you can place it in another position where it can still contribute damage.

This monster can also be a useful secondary attacker. Instead of putting all your offensive power into one expensive monster you can use Frigid Wolf alongside your stronger attackers and get another source of melee damage. The best part is that you only spend 1 mana for it.

I think the combination of its low mana cost and Charge ability is what makes Frigid Wolf special. It is not just a cheap monster that takes up a slot in your team. If you use it in the right situation it can actually contribute to your damage and give your lineup more flexibility.

Frigid Wolf can be especially useful in low mana battles. When you have limited mana you have to choose your monsters carefully. A monster that costs only 1 mana while still being able to attack can be very useful in these situations.

Of course I would not consider Frigid Wolf a powerful tank. Because of its low mana cost it is better to use it as a utility monster or a secondary damage dealer rather than expecting it to survive heavy attacks.

Overall Frigid Wolf is a simple but interesting card. Its 1 mana cost makes it very easy to fit into different lineups and its Charge ability gives it extra flexibility on the battlefield.

In my opinion the biggest strength of Frigid Wolf is not its raw power but its mana efficiency and flexibility. For just 1 mana you can add another monster to your team and still get an attacker that can contribute to the battle.

Its mana cost is 1. Its melee attack is 2. Its health is 3 and its speed is also 3.
