Fridays are rest my running legs day. As a result I biked 6 miles. Later my son, Mom and I walked 4 miles. It snowed more so looks like running indoors again this week.

More than inspiration;
Soft words tear her up;
Ice smolders
Craving attention;
Her worn hands gather him up;
Brown eyes light from a slumber;
Her gaze rises him up;
Seams mend battered fences;
Ones she never burnt up
