The story of every Desi Household. Now I am not going to write the same thing, but there is possibility of events collapsing. Here is a piece from my previous writing.

I have always wished for a dog or a horse.
Now this horse thing is new, right? Back then, the elites used to have lots of cars; nowadays, horses have taken over the standards. But my reason for these two is: loyalty. It is this simple.
But guess what?
God gave us a cat - the Poetess. And she gave us the Prince (Poetess's son).
And I do not mind it at all. These cats - i.e. cars - are loyal as well. But they are quite moody as well. If in the mood, they will let you heal yourself. I mean having a pet and warm relation is a sort of medication. If you do not think this way, we cannot be friends.
Anyways back to the mood: meowing starts early in the morning for the Poetess. The Prince is a GenZ stuff, he does wake up. But right after his first meal, he will go back to deep sleep. While, Poetess will go in her own world of deepness - the chicknation world. Hyperbole for sure!
Now I cannot say which one is a demerit, so you guys decide for yourself.
This world is all about imperfect beings accepting and living with each other's imperfection.
Do you see a merit here? Poetess has turned me into a good philospher as well. Surely her level is of Goddess level.
Oh a beautiful merit - SOFA protected.
Desi households, I am not generalizing, will try their best to not use stuff, i.e. the sofa, in our case. Prince loves to spend his time on the sofa. So, a sace is occupied. And, in order to avoid disturbing him. We all will just avoid sitting their. Congratulations! Sofa is safe.

Good Models.
Poetess is a born model; Prince is a shy one. For Poetess, all she has to do is sit, and rest her natural charm will do the magic. For Prince, he will never be prepared for the camera show. He will run away as far as possible, but hey. His last and most favorite option is: the sofa. After some time, you wull surely find him resting there. Just go, pick hin up, he will meow you, and you are good to go.

Chickenation!
We humans have imaginations; cats have chickenation. They will dive deeply in this world. I do not know about other cats, but this one and her's next throne really loves chicken. And, nowadays, inflation has resulted in good hike for chicken pricess. But hey, everyone must be fed well. So they are being fed well.
Last few words to end this piece. Desi families will surely keep one animal (pet) at a time, and that is their son or daughter. Do not get it wrong, it is a sign of affection in itself. But once, another creature enters - such as cat in our scenario - there is always room for more.
As Anatole France beautifully put it:
"Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened."
