The pink in Thailand's infamous pink noodles comes from the red bean curd used as a flavoring. Its other ingredients include an assortment of fish meatballs, curdled blood, and squid. The dim sum is a great addition and in town's like Trang, dim sum is part of their traditional breakfast.
