Everyday, I get lost in thought. I enter a dialogical thinking spree every now and then, and it seems it has become a part of me now. This type of experience helps me learn new things about myself. Things I never knew, or things I knew but never realized how much of it. Recently, I have only learned that I have an indelible memory. I get really emotional and nostalgic when things get triggered slightly. When I remember something, all the emotions, memories, and all come rushing down and I am left in awe. Now that does not hamper my natural functioning as a human being; trust me. Music is one of those tools that trigger those beautiful memories, and that is why this particular challenge is really dear to me. Ah, enough talk.

This week I decided to go with a more energetic list. Jon Bellion is arguably one of the finest and most talented musicians out there. His ability to sing and express his words and emotions with his music is a work of art. What's even crazier is that I can sing practically all his songs, ever; lol. This song reminds me of those turbulent days, and how I kept on surviving, unscathed. A thing of beauty this.

If I could track the records of how many times I listened to this piece in the last months, I reckon It would be over a century, lol. Something about the tune that gets me up every single time; is inexplicable. Christian also has a lovely voice.

We all want to be alone, but never lonely. We all want to eat our cake and have it. It is one of the human biases we all are cursed with. This music epitomizes that. Reminds me of all those times I yearn for something, especially company, even when I know it's best to let go. Being a human being is chaotic. Sheesh.
