Wood stacks
Lots of pictures of stacks of wood under the snow. I find the details interesting. I was cleaning up dead fall in the woods behind our house. There are stacks of wood all over now.

Stacking Snow
When it snows, snow piles up on things. Stacking snow can make interesting photos. Snow on stumps is one of my favorites.

Barred owl
A barred owl visited our backyard on Thanksgiving. We saw him on the corner post on top of the birdhouse I put up. Neighborhood owls are probably not welcoming to bluebirds looking for a nest lol

Photos in Mono
Stark photos sometimes look good in mono. I have been in some stark, barren landscapes lately so I decided to try some of the shots in mono. Not just the desert shots but some wilderness pics too.
