Took a visit to Portmeirion North Wales last year, it is remarkable this is one man vision to have his own Italian village in his back garden so to speak!. Designed and built by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis between 1925 and 1975. It made famous as the setting for a TV show in the 1960's " The Prisoner"
