Today, I'm sharing with you the delicious dish I'll be preparing for my family. Below, I'll explain how to make some "exquisite black beans with bacon and cheese." Although this dish is very complete and balanced, whenever I make it, I love to serve it with: steamed rice and fried plantains... A true delight! >* Buenas noches hivers, les deseo un feliz fin de semana... Hoy, comparto con ustedes el delicioso platillo que prepararé para compartir con mi familia, a continuación les explico como realizar unos "exquisitos frijoles negros con tocineta y queso". Aunque este plato es muy completo y balanceado, siempre que lo preparo me encanta acompañar con: arroz al vapor y plátanos fritos... After this time, I discard the water; this helps them soften faster. I then put the beans in a deep pot, add enough water to cover them, and cook over high heat until tender. I don't usually add salt at this stage, but rather when I add the vegetables. >* Para realizar esta receta suelo dejar los frijoles negros reposando en agua con 1 cucharadita colmada de bicarbonato de sodio durante 8 horas, transcurrido este tiempo se desecha el agua, de esta forma conseguiremos que se ablanden más rápido. Incorporamos los frijoles en una olla honda, agregamos suficiente agua, cocinamos a fuego "alto" hasta que se ablanden. We sauté the onion, along with the (crushed) garlic cloves. >* Agregamos aceite de girasol al sartén... We add 1/2 cup of water, and season with pepper, cumin, and salt to taste. >* Colocamos el pimiento (preferiblemente rojo) junto con los ajies dulces.
