Frozen in time & love.

I remember it like it was yesterday,
It was such a grey skied morn.
The air was clean, The day was carefree,
Until my heart was torn.

She took it with her smile,
But carried it on her sleeve I see,
That girl was absolutely wonderful,
I'm still curious as to why she left me.

I guess I'd never know,
Because her sins were never shed.
But all the same I'd loved her soul,
For I knew it wasn't long until she's dead.

The silent killer's taken her over,
And is winning despite her struggles.
As she slowly fades from anorexia,
Yet it's the least of all her troubles.

If only she knew how much I cared,
We wouldn't be feeling this pain inside.
If only she knew how much she was loved.
She wouldn't want to run & hide.

I love her more than life itself,
'Coz I know that she feels the same.
Together we'll make it through heaven & hell,
As our love for eachother's no game.
I love her with all of my heart,
That's how things will always be.
And neither life nor death can tear us apart,
Because it'll stay us, me & you - you & me...because we're meant to be.

Frozen in time & love.
