Dear friends in my #HiveFood community, I hope you’re all having a great day. One of the things that defines us as a family is that on Sundays, my sister and I get together at our mother’s house to spend time together; beforehand, we agree on what each of us will bring to prepare. We had decided to make pizzas with pita bread, also known as Arabic bread, and without any hassle, we used the ingredients we already had to make the pizzas our way. I’ll tell you that the sauce was leftovers from some pizzas that had been made earlier. Another important detail to note is that we used a skillet with a lid instead of the oven. That improvisation paid off because the pita bread, being thin and topped with ingredients, is easy to prepare: you just have to wait for the cheese to brown, and it’s ready to eat.
