I've not tried a milk loaf. There are loads of recipes in the books, but I have only tried a few.

Good to hear you got flour. It has been ridiculous how hard it has been to find lately, but the supply chain could not cope. Knowing a miller helps. We did get some more dried yeast this week, so we are okay for a while.
