I don't really struggle with breathing, but I can be more conscious of it when running. When I am at my limit I am looking for ways to keep going and breathing may be part of that.

I don't get the nose breathing thing either, but I've not looked too deep. revisesociology@revisesociology has mentioned that he does it.
