That seems like a pretty crap income for all those views. I've made more on a single Hive post, but not so much recently, without being some hyped up influencer. I like that there is no lower threshold here, even if that allows a few bad actors to exploit it. If more creators realised they could do better on Hive they could bring over some fans. Of course you still have to work on it. I've not really used Quora so I have no idea how much engagement you can get.
