On their Discord there's a 'musicians-submit-mp3' channel where you can upload tracks and then people can hear them on the in-game radio. There is also a facility to create NFTs for a track that you can sell in the game, but there is an up-front cost to that. There's a weekly Youtube show with music from the community. Lots going on there.
