This was a song I played with a band I was in (originally Unforgiven and later The Barking Spiders). We never did any proper gigs, but it was fun times.

I saw a friend mention this on Twitter the other day. Terence is an amazing singer. He's now called Sananda Maitreya.
Electric Counterpoint - Steve Reich
One of the first tunes I heard by this composer. I was once part of a group improvisation and someone compared what I played to this. That's an honour.
Feeling Good - Muse
Yes, it's a cover, but a good one. I've played this myself, but I can't hit the highs that Matt Bellamy can.
Good Riddance - Green Day
Another songs I've played many times. The best may be when my daughter did the violin part.
Heartbreaker - Led Zeppelin
One of their best rockers. Great riff and the solo is a classic. Cool bassline too.

A lesser known song from A Night at the Opera with Roger Taylor on vocals.
Johnsburg, Illinois - Tom Waits
Swordfishtrombones is a great album. He sounds very vulnerable as he sings this.
Karma Police - Radiohead
I didn't get into Radiohead until OK Computer. It's another amazing album.
Lazarus - Porcupine Tree
Had to have some of this band in here. It's yet another song I've covered. Seen Steven Wilson do this live.
Milliontown - Frost*
This is a prog epic, but an amazing piece of work. Another band I've seen live and they do play this.
Nimrod's Son - Pixies

I picked up this album on a whim and it has some great songs.
Perfect Life - Steven Wilson
Mr Wilson always does something interesting. This has a spoken piece working through it.
QWERTY Finger - Everything Everything
A slightly geeky title by this cool band who were recommended to me. Definitely quirky. Love those vocals.

I love Eels. Just found this cool version done as a tribute to a fan.

Ziggy Stardust - David Bowie
Bowie had to be in this list and he fills the Z very well.
This has been a fun trip through my collection. I could do this tomorrow and find totally different songs. I love music in all its variety.
