Description from Strava:
It was cool again this morning, but dry. I needed an extra layer. I did the usual loop clockwise this time. I aim to improve my endurance on these runs rather than going for speed.

The abandoned car from last week was still there. I guess nobody is desperate to move it. Along the path over the fields there was a guy walking five dogs! Maybe he offers that service for people. None of the dogs showed any interest in me running past.

In Stotfold someone had dumped some bottles and other trash in the gutter. I had to leave that for someone else to clear. I would at least want some gloves to do it.

I took a slightly shorter route home cutting through the village by the Co-op and the new estate to a footbridge that takes you into the older part before heading up the hill to Fairfield. The climb was not too bad.

I picked up a little speed on the way back down and to home. Not a bad run, but I was tired by the end.

I hope your weekend has been good. Run free!
