Hello steemit friends. I want to share my ulog for today. This is my lunch for today. Ginabot is the Cebuano version of chicharon bulaklak, a finger food often served as an appetizer. Ginabot is one of the favorite street foods in Cebu. This version of pork cracklings is made from pig intestines. It is chopped, salted and deep-fried to a crisp. Add saucer dip chili vinegar, lime and onion to enhance the taste.
