BTC keeps rising as the remainder of altcoins flounder after the gold standard of cryptocurrency, most other altcoins have had significant gains...so how much influence can individual players play? competitively bitcoin is worth nothing compared to any global currency, any government or rather weathly individual could buy enough btc to signifacantly effect the value.
Reserve banks have no obligation to inform holders of any new issue of currency, or government polocy effecting supply or value. So whats to stop any of the big players from manipulating the market?
