It is very difficult to have a positive inner calm, when we do not know how to silence and remove that critic inside you. This is one of the biggest challenges for many people. The problem is when we are unaware of this and let our internal critic control our lives

Sometimes we can't feel our sincerity and our lack of justice, even if there is no reason. This feeling becomes dominant, especially in times when we start with something new and do not have enough experience and experience. This is what often prevents people from moving forward and succeeding.

The internal critic will intervene every time when your intentions are high and full of inspiration and energy. You can tell yourself something similar: "I'm not ready yet." "Who do you think you are?"; "Why do you think you can do that?" "You need more training courses to complete and get more grades."

The internal critic will not only create a lot of restrictions and prevent us from doing our work with a positive expectation, but will make us concerned, hesitant and generally unhappy

Your own conversations with yourself can be either a strong starting point or a major obstacle to reaching your goals. If your internal critic repeats such things as "I will embarrass myself" or "no one will talk to me" often these negative predictions can turn out to be Quickly to self-fulfilling prophecy

Our thoughts greatly affect our feelings and actions which can cause negative talk of self to become self-destructive. To tell ourselves that we will never be successful, or that we will not be as good as others, will reduce our feelings about ourselves and discourage us from confronting our fears.

If you tend to criticize yourself, you are not alone, most people suffer from self-doubt and severe self-reflections. Fortunately, you should not be a victim of your abuse of words. Instead, take steps to address your negative thoughts proactively and develop a more productive dialogue with yourself.
