RE: Switching pickups, literally

I still have it and recently gave it a good clean and new set of strings. It's still one of the nicest guitars I've ever played. It has a lovely thin neck which is great for my unusually small hands.

RE: Morning Run - Legging it

Well done on the half Steve! I've still not managed to get out due to more joint issues which are finally being investigated. I have however been doing some HIIT sessions at home following that Joe Wicks

RE: Afternoon run

I agree, planning is key! I've taken some time out from social to sort myself out and planning has been a big part of my journey. I tend to book pretty much everything in a planner now to stop me having

Port Isaac is where we used to stay in a tiny fisherman's cottage. We saw them filming there in 2005.

Love the reds, greens and purples in the photos. Is that @bingbabe 's way of saying "you go first?"

RE: Tintagel in Cornwall

Happy memories of that whereabouts. I think my first visit was '84(ish) with my mum and stepdad. There's something very mystical about the Cornish coast especially around there and Boscastle. I used to

Not at the moment but that's something I need to look in to doing. They are the expensive bit, I don't venture any further than our local Tesco. Should check online.

RE: The usual Saturday morning beach report

I'd read about "big Norfolk skies" but didn't really get what it meant until we moved here. I quite often miss the hills of home though. Very content here though - can't have it all.

RE: The time has come fatass

I've been following the principles of Fast800 as there are a few recipe books that are full of dead simple meals. It was put together by a chap call Dr Michael Mosely and I saw a TV show where he suggested

Oh, that's a pretty cool idea. I had a bug hotel in our old garden but I think I forgot to bring it with us. We have a dead tree trunk in the garden that has had all the branches removed. I was going to

Although I've spent periods as a runner I've been a fatty all my life but decided to do something about it this year. I've tried to use it as a great excuse to discover new food as opposed to start cutting

Oh how I'd love a proper beer right now :D Youngest daughter is joining in and shares most meals with me. If it's a meaty main meal I'll vary the veggies for her a little and she will have rice, pasta

RE: Morning Run - Lockdown half #9

It is certainly an impressive distance Steve! It's so tempting to head out on a long bike ride today but the police are very active in keeping people in their local area. We keep reading reports of people
