If you have been watching the msm coverage lately you will see a message that basically Trump is a bad man, Trump is taking children away from their parents, it's inhumane, a breach of human rights etc.
And there are good arguments for all of that but it's not that simple. These people are illegal migrants, they have broken the law and as such they face incarceration and or other sanctions if they are caught. Then the question arises what to do with the children accompanying them?
Do you put children in the same lockup facility as adults?
What if their parents did more than just enter illegally, what if they were smuggling drugs do the kids go to prison with their parents?
And if we say the kids must remain with their illegal migrant parents where should the US authorities put the parents?
Maybe in a hotel?
Or an apartment complex with playgrounds etc.?
I am seeing a lot of critique of Trump on this US policy which he didn't even create but I am not seeing a lot of solutions being offered.
One thing for sure Trump is no hypocrite on immigrantion, he believes in borders and he is enforcing them. And he's acting accordingly. He even gave Fox an interview on the White House lawn where he was sympathetic to the kids but said that what was being done waa according to the law and the Democrats should change the law, but he wants his wall, if they bring him a bill without the wall there's no deal.
Who is responsible for the situation the United States or the illegals who are breaking US laws?
What do you guys think?
