I had a very long and annoying day today. So I bought some cheap frozen pizzas to indulge in.
You may notice, I put my plate in the oven after pulling the pizza out, but why?
If you put hot food into a cold plate you end up having less hot food.
But if you warm up your plate, your food will remain hot much longer.
Try it next time! I put the plate on top of something and not directly on the rack, not sure if the plate will be damaged but better to be safe.
