I'm happy to report that Genesis Mining is back on track and paying the Bitcoin payouts. However, they are still NOT paying out Monero or ETH. This is a positive development. I know that cryptocurrency cloud mining is very complex and in its relative infancy. It reminds me of the consumer drone industry- which is also suffering - but at the hands of the Federal regulators. Fortunately, cryptocurrencies haven't suffered yet from federal restrictions- except in China.
