Summer is the perfect time to go out and explore nature. I like the sun, even though I am flammable and must immediately look for reflection. I like the sound of birds, insects, and leaves that are blown by the wind. Walking barefoot makes me feel less cut off from the earth, a messy leg of happy Krista. I'm not sure I believe in the claim that earthing has health benefits, but it feels good so I do it.
