This week’s Bitcoin (BTC) chart has been a rollercoaster, showing both strength and volatility. After a solid uptrend early in the week, BTC faced a sharp drop on February 22, likely influenced by market-wide concerns. However, the dip was relatively contained, and BTC has since been stabilizing around the $95K range.
One of the biggest stories shaking the crypto world is the largest hack in crypto history—the North Korean Lazarus Group reportedly stole $1.4 billion in ETH from centralized exchange Bybit. Despite the magnitude of this event, the market reaction has been surprisingly mild. Compared to past disasters like Mt. Gox or FTX, which caused massive sell-offs, Bitcoin and the broader crypto market have absorbed the shock relatively well.
The big question now: Is this just a temporary dip before a rebound, or is there more downside to come? With BTC still holding key support levels and investors showing resilience, this week’s price action could be crucial in determining the next move.
