Welcome back to the weekly BTC guessing game! This past week, Bitcoin has shown a mixed performance. Starting with a sharp rise on August 6th, BTC managed to break above the $60K mark, reaching a peak around $62.5K on August 9th. However, this rally was short-lived.
After hitting that high, Bitcoin’s price began to stabilize, hovering around the $60K level. But by the end of the week, a noticeable downtrend took over, bringing the price down to approximately $57.5K as of August 12th.
This reflects a market that is struggling to maintain upward momentum. The initial surge indicates that there was strong buying interest early in the week, possibly due to positive news or market sentiment. However, the subsequent decline suggests that selling pressure and perhaps profit-taking quickly outweighed the bullish momentum.
As we move into the new week, the big question remains: will Bitcoin manage to hold its ground above $57K, or will we see further declines?
