Talk of the greatest ironical statement ever made since the inception of the world
Welcome to Nigeria my fellow readers, now, sit tight so I can drive you around my lovely country..... are you ready, yayyyy!!!!
What a wonderful president we have, a president who looks out for the poor and cares about our survival; I must be sincere with you, prior to now, I've never heard this statement from anyone, not even from the world best grammarians...
How Are The Poor Breathing..
Let the Poor Breathe.... The poor has been trying their best to run their various business and minimise the use of their legxus Benz, but, you entered immediately and removed subsidy on fuel, now, they not only trek to their business areas but they now do interstate trekking... The poor are breathing Indeed
Let the poor breathe.... Yet you introduced VAT to 7.5% with introduction of VAT to diesel which was not formerly there... This means that the importation cost will be higher than normal.
All the factories where the poor could easily be employed that use engines powered by diesel, for instance, Bakery companies, will now have to pay this cost and invariably will find a way to take it out on the same poor masses... The poor are breathing still
Let the poor breathe... The University school fees are skyrocketing drastically.
The poor that sees education as their only hope of coming out of poverty now can't even pay the high tuition fees despite the fact they made the choice of coming to the government owned schools because of the subsidised fees... Now, they will drop out and the youths will be the leaders of tomorrow indeed... isn't the poor breathing?
Let the poor breathe.... the small "Up NEPA" the poor derive joy in shouting will be gone because the electricity tariff has been increased to a 1000 Naira / 9units. They can't even recharge their electric meter again, they will now live in darkness.... breathing is too much for the poor
Let the poor breathe.... Businessmen and women can't even pay for the products they want to import because the Dollar to Naira rate is currently on the increase leaving them no option other than stopping their business..... They're breathing indeed
Let the Poor breathe.... Yet the minimum wage is not increased but politicians salary has been rumoured to be increased by 114%, who's now breathing?
The poor receive the same salary they've been receiving over the years without any increase despite the hike in literally everything buyable, so I guess they are breathing enough, isn't it?
Indeed, Let the Poor Breathe.... Don't suffocate them
