Yesterday was a complicated day at work, full of a lot of tension and several work discussions (nothing outlandish in an office and even less if they are lawyers). The truth is that all this tension had me quite stressed and loaded, and I could only think of going to a cafe to share with my best friend an afternoon of chatting and a few cups of coffee, but because of the hectic of our daily lives this option was ruled out from the beginning, so I had no choice but to go straight home.

Lo cierto es que toda esta tensión me tenía bastante estresada y cargada, y solo podía pensar en ir a un café a compartir con mi mejor amiga una tarde de charla y algunas tazas de café, pero por lo ajetreado de nuestra cotidianidad esta opción desde un principio estaba descartada, así que no me quedó otra opción que irme directo a mi casa.
When I got home I remembered that I had instant coffee and chocolate drink, so after thinking about it for a while I thought: why not make a mocachino at home? The result was better than I expected, I felt like I was having a machine mocachino, so I can say that the goal was achieved.

Ingredients:
1 cup of milk (I used skim milk because that's what I had, but you can use whatever you want, even vegetable milk).
3 tablespoons powdered chocolate drink (I used toddy a Venezuelan brand)
1 tablespoon of nescafe

Now, the way to make it is super easy because I already had the milk prepared and since they are instant drinks, they don't even form lumps, so the first thing I did was to heat the milk to the temperature I usually drink my coffee (very hot) and I added 3 tablespoons of toddy and whipped it to make it foamy.
Ahora, la forma de hacer es súper fácil porque ya tenía la leche preparada y al ser bebidas instantáneas ni siquiera se forman grumos, por eso, lo primero que hice fue calentar la leche a la temperatura que suelo tomar mi café (muy caliente) y le agregué 3 cucharadas de toddy y lo batí para que tuviese espuma.

And finally, I added a spoonful of nescafe and stirred again, verified that it was at the desired temperature and sat down in the living room to enjoy my coffee while I forgot about the difficult day I had had at work.
