Hello, friends and members of the Game Photography community! It’s a joy to be back for another week and share my latest in game screenshots with you. Today, I’m sharing shots from a game I really like but had never actually taken photos in before, I hadn't even realized it had options to rotate and focus the camera to find the perfect angle. The camera feature is fantastic, offering options to add the game logo, apply filters, and toggle combat effects on or off.
All images will be from the Arcade section, featuring Mario as the main character; the final boss will be Bowser, who takes on two forms. The previous photo shows a scene from that final battle.
We start at one of the towers in the Hyrule Field, where our first opponents, the duo of Zelda and Link, await us. Zelda poses no real threat and is very easy to defeat, with Link, the only thing to watch out for is his sword, which allows for a much wider attack range. Since it is the first battle, it was quite straightforward, and we emerged victorious after just a few jumps and strikes.
The next battle took place in Kirby's world, here I’m sharing a single photo of myself using the water jet to blast the opponent off the map. I don't remember the name of the yellow gadget, but I do know it's from Super Mario Sunshine.
Battling a Pokémon Trainer feels like an unfair fight, especially since they have three Pokémon, the Kanto starters Charizard, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle, that will attack us. They can also rotate them at will; it is a difficult and lopsided battle, but it offers great photo opportunities, such as Mario about to block Charizard's attack.

I really like this photo, set on the wooden planks of the bridge in the Donkey Kong world (where the next rival appeared), it’s one of the most beautiful battle stages in the game, and the barrel interactions make it even more interesting.
From the world of Donkey Kong, we travel to the arenas of Fire Emblem, where we face a group of opponents consisting of Marth, Ike, and Chrom. It is a tough battle featuring many side attacks and well-armed foes, but one ultimately won thanks to stage items that give Mario a significant advantage.
We return to a Pokémon themed stage, but this time the fight is against Pikachu, a fairly easy battle won thanks to a weapon found on the stage. Here are the best photos of this arena.
Iggy, Morton, and Wendy were the next opponents, a prelude to the final battle, in a fight filled with aerial attacks and traps scattered across the stage, yet I managed to capture this magnificent photo to share.
And so we reach our final battle: Bowser awaits. It is the toughest fight of all, and the goal isn't to knock the opponent off the stage, but to deplete a massive health bar down to zero. I captured the best photos of the competition during this match, and I’m sharing them with you today.
I really liked these two photographs: right at the decisive moment, a powerful kick and a somersault over the enemy to land behind him.
