I had originally intended to show other photos for this post, but I think the ones I currently have on hand in my albums will do just as well.
Because today I'm going to talk about boat names, a favorite and very interesting topic for me, as you already know.
Once in Greece I saw the name Poseidon written on almost all the boats, which has a great meaning and an extremely important meaning, as you can guess why.
I have personally seen boats with women's names, with goddesses' names, names of religious figures - apostles and saints (not only St. Nicholas), even a boat with the name "Amante", which also has a very deep meaning.
One should treat one's boat with the same care and love as one's car, but also one's mistress. As with any thing with which a person has a deep connection, and the connection between the captain and the boat is endlessly loving, a matter of life and death, don't you think? 😃Therefore, great attention, tact and love are needed here.
