With best wishes, greetings to the Hive gaming community, I've been offline for a few days. Resolving pending issues and making arrangements, but the important thing is that finally, after more than four years of fighting and searching, I finally got a residential internet service.
I'm still in the process of routing the wires and making a shelf for it, so it's more secure.
I wanted to give you a review of the game Stranded Deep, while I finish upgrading my computer and making space on my hard drive. I had already heard that that game, Stranded Deep, had some issues with bugs, but the amount of bugs I found from this game is infamous indeed.
I had to restart the game about 4 times due to glitches, when you try to reach the island after finishing the opening cinematic (you can't bypass all cutscenes) you can get stuck on a glitch. And it is that the game was stuck in the tutorial, in fact I got to die in the tutorial because it did not recognize the verification points to advance in the tutorial. You could not advance in the mission and the hunger and dehydration did not stop, since there are no checkpoints, each restart you have to eat the cinematic. The bugs until you get to the island and the bugs in the tutorial, end my immutable patience, you can't play something like that.
Take my word for it and stay away from the Stranded Deep, games are for having a good time, we don't play for upsets and stress.
Taking advantage then that we are in the anniversary week of the Bioshock saga, I did a review of my beloved Bioshock 2, the game was not very loved by many players. But it is one of my favorites.
(actually it's an excuse I make to play it one more time, - evil laugh -)
Bioshock 2 was developed by 2K Marin and was available to us since the early months of 2010. Regarding the game's plot: the events that we can influence (control the character) take place about eight years after the first game, in which Jack escapes from Rapture and saves some little sisters. However, to put us in context, the game shows us events from ten years ago before the first game in which we are a Big Daddy whose little sisters are taken from him, and he is forced to kill himself.
In general terms, it follows the mechanics of the game from the first installment, it changes some things, such as the game of hacking the machines. I liked the system of the first game a lot more in that it was a puzzle with pipes, the system in this game in this second installment is to stop the marker needle in the blue or green zones to get success in hacking.
In the first game, hacking was more interesting:
In this installment, they greatly simplified the hacking system.
As for weapons, we are a Big Daddy, we have weapons according to our new condition, of which we have I can mention my favorites, which are: the riveter, a remote hacking machine, a gaterling machine gun, and what stands out the most and I admit it is that he has one of the best shotguns in the saga. (personal preferences, of course)
You know a shooting game is good, when it has a good shotgun.
The Alpha series, to which we belong, is a series of discontinued hybrids that is only linked to a single little sister, if we lose her we will fade away until we fall into madness and die.
Since we are a hybrid model, we can use the drill from the Big Daddy Bouncer, and we can use the riveter from the Big Daddy Rosie, it was also very particular to the Alpha series because of its design because they could use plasmids.
Now there are some Big Sisters, which are little sisters that have grown up, have additional powers, have been trained and armed by the sect that now dominates the city, to replace the Big Daddy in protecting the new little sisters.
There is also a new Splicer called Brute, who is a mass of evil and pain.
The experience of playing as a Big Daddy was very entertaining, but it is not the only novelty of this game, since in a part of the story, we can play as a little sister, and the perspective of reality changes when we can see, through their eyes, the world you can find is totally different.
Exploring all Rapture from top to bottom and finding the different stories, admiring the ruined scenes without rushing is something I quite enjoy.
I imagined what it would look like before the disaster, but it was only during my run through Bioshock Infinite in the Pantheon at Sea DLC that I was able to admire what the city looked like in all its splendor.
Bioshock 2 is not a very dear installment, a good number of people like the first installment better, which is very good, that's true. Other people are more fascinated by the third installment, As for the graphic design in Bioshock Infinite, it's something really beautiful in the city of Columbia.
It has many reasons to be a highly admired installment, the little thing I didn't like at all in the third installment was the shotgun (Chinese broom), there are few things I didn't admire about Bioshock Infinite.
I have been hearing news of a fourth installment for some time and I look forward to learning more about the new project, Bioshock is a saga that I appreciate and enjoy with great affection, I can play and replay without getting tired of the game.
It seems incredible that fifteen years have passed so soon.
I've used the original Bioshock 2 as the basis for the post, as it's a shame to admit it, but the remastered version of Bioshock 1 and 2 has given me an insane amount of bugs and already with Stranded Deep I had enough problems to get sick of it. You play to have a good time and relax, (or at least that's what I think) you don't play to bother yourself with something broken that doesn't work right.
Have an excellent week.
Peace.

Paz.
