X3: Terran Conflict gameplay 01-11

Having fun playing some more of this open world space sim game. My fleet is moving through the sectors and a few of them are filled with pirates. I keep an eye on my cargo ships and others to make sure we do not lose any as we make our way into new regions of space. Using my battleship along with another we are mostly successful in keeping the pirates at bay.

Checking my property window is the best way to make sure ships in other sectors are okay. I can jump in if needed but sometimes I am too far even when jumping to help. But I can always reload a save if need be.

I control my ships using commands such as follow, or protect another ship. I can also have them pick up dropped weapons and cargo from destroyed ships.

Pirates show up and will make me need to keep an eye on them.

They start to attack one of my cargo ships, luckily it has attack drones on board that can help to defend it.

A heavy fighter engages one of my battleships, they can do some major damage so I head in for backup.

It makes a run for it while firing its turrets at me. Heavy fighters have alot of guns on them.

Found a job to protect a space station, by far my favorite kind of mission. The enemies come to you and sometimes there are military ships in system that will help you out.

I weave between the space station and the enemy ships. Doing my best not to fire upon the space station as I go for pirate kills.

One of the pirates abandons their ship so I claim it, requires me to do a space walk to get ownership of it.

After the mission is successful I head to a space station to trade some gear.

Landing is always a trip, these stations are massive when compared to my little battleship.
