Solos weekly picks: Hardfork 25

Hive's second hardfork is going to occur tomorrow on June 30th. The top 20 are already signaling for this fork as they are all updated to 1.25.0 My most anticipated change is to the rewards early on in a posts life. Waiting 5 minutes before voting will no longer be an issue and I think we will see a big change in peoples voting habits. Maybe comments will start getting more upvotes as well.

This witness is a joint effort between Hive account@rishi556 Hive account@sn0n and Hive account@edicted. In this post they state their witness is now updating and signaling 1.25.0 and set the savings HBD to a 12% APR. This is great for people holding their HBD as 12% is a pretty good return on POS staking.
