Yeah I was hoping these hanging strawberries to work better. I think my buckets are just too small.

And indeed they do have containers above them. I lined them up so all theee drip into each other. I'm afraid the holes on the side just let it dry out too much.

Oh cool I've used vermiculite and its great for retaining moisture.

I have already moved them into a bigger container. And indeed I mixed some vermiculite in it.
