Pokemon Y gameplay 8-10

In my last pokemon gameplay video we checked out Omega Ruby. But I decided I would rather play them in order by release of 3DS games. So Pokemon Y made in 2013 was the first for the 3DS. So I started that game and have been playing through it now for awhile.

Starting off the game with some low level pokemon but after battling some trainers and wild pokemon I start to build up my levels.

Since the last pokemon game I played all the way through was Red and Blue from the 1990s there has been alot of new pokemon added.

Though some I see remain from the original game such as Goldeen.

Finding some more pokemon to battle with I use my starter pokemon. Its a grass bug type.

Using leach seed probably is the most useful, when trying to capture wild pokemon it works well to lower their health slowly.

Caught myself a Litleo, its a fire type pokemon. Its higher levels look pretty good.

What a classic "Metapod used harden".

Caught myself another pokemon this time a bunny,

I head out to the next gym and find myself walking on a spider web. As I walk it knocks the water off the web. And I need to take certain paths to find my way to each trainer.

Eventually I find the gym leader Viola.

Two more pokemon I have never seen before, one reminds me of a Butterfree and the other I have no idea. Its a Bidoff... Some kind of beaver pokemon?

I won my first gym battle! And my starter pokemon evolved. Lol it looks like a pokemon larping as another pokemon.

Talking with people in the homes and around cities can pay off when they give you items.

Even more found, an Exp share is given to me which is really useful. All the pokemon in my party get experience points even if they do not battle. Nice way to start off to my new game here. I will post the next in series soon.
